I LOVE LIMA!

So this is it! The last one! I will be getting home at 1:43pm in Calgary.

Just to reflect on what has been going on here, it has been a privilege and a learning experience for me to be here in Lima. I feel a deep joy to have been able to know better and serve these people. Once our mission president told us that missionaries are the delivery system of the atonement of Jesus Christ. That is so true. Jesus Christ came from his Father into the world and served others incessantly. He suffered in the Garden of Gethsemane and on the cross that he may bring all men unto him. I have been a first-hand witness of that in these past two years, as I have invited people to come unto him I have seen the Lord work miracles in their lives and especially in their countenances, their faces change when they gain a knowledge of the truth through their own experiences.

I have a long list of people who have affected me here in Lima and they are names that will be etched into my mind - to know them has been a great blessing to see changes in their lives wrought by their belief in Jesus Christ and the influence of the Holy Spirit in their lives. I know the church is true! That is what counts. I love you guys so much!
