Lima LID

Hope you guys had a good week! Those kittens are adorable! I love Liv´s message that says ´´we love them more than we love you´´ that was great. Also Brother Gordon Lee is the new stake president? That´s awesome and I´m sure President Spackman is getting some well deserved rest. I can imagine that if Lola went crazy with Rico it´ll probably be even more crazy with 2 cats!

Anyways, speaking of cats, you know how many days a week I see cats? Everyday that´s right! Sometimes we are walking on the street and you get a dog passing by just like any other pedestrian and I don´t even blink an eye it´s just so normal. Also something that happens here that doesn´t happen in other places is that if you eat in a restaurant people will just walk in off the street and try to sell you a chocoalte bar - or a little kid will come in and ask for money. Like every time we are in a restaurant seriously.

But this week we had some good experiences, on tuesday I had another opportunity to be with Elder Anhder from Logan Utah - he is a good missionary and when he learns spanish will be a great missionary. On Thursday we had a visit from the assisntants to the President in our district meetings! That was exciting, and then in the afternoon we went on divisions with them. I was with Elder Becker who is from Utah I think. Then at night I went to the assistants area to work with the other assistant who is Elder Cosentino my old companion. So I got to work for one day with him which was a little weird - we´ve both come a long way from where we began (andi´ll tell you all about it when I see you again haha). But seriously I learned new ways to contact which helped out a ton.

I also got a chance to work with Elder Koontz on friday - I really felt inpsired to share a particular scripture with him. I know the Lord gives revelation to those who seek dilligently. He answers prayers! I have seen it so many times in my mission and saw it again this week when an investigator Christopher who accepted a baptismal date on sunday!
