What`s up familia!

How`s it going??? Sounds like an awesome week, I love Sam Smithbut he probably has a new album if he`s going on tour. Right now it`s the opposite here, it`s starting to get warmer and warmer and I am starting to use short sleeve white shirts again.

The weeks seem to be going by really fast, it is already three weeks here in Canto Grande. I am so excited to keep working here and advancing the work of the Lord. But wow there`s always a lot of stuff that happens but I never know exactly what to write. But to start last week I got a chance to go on a work visit with Elder Koontz from Utah. He`s a great missionary and we had the classic experience while contacting people in the street that a drunk guy came over and started talking to us, it was so funny because he told us that he wanted to meet with us but we kept saying that we`ll talk when he`s sober. He looked me right in the eyes and said he`ll wait for me tomorrow. Don`t know what happened with him but it gave us a good laugh.

We are also this week working with a few investigators but one thing we`ve found is that there are not a lot of firm investigators in our area. There are a lot of people who the missionaries have taught - they`ve come to church once and they for various motives they stopped coming. So we are going to need to change a few things in the way we work in order to find new people and help them progress in a good way. Also the ward here is really good but have not been very active in missionary work and working with the Elders so we have a chance to revitalize that here. It`s weird because in Torreblanca the members lived and breathed missionary work it was pretty awesome.

But overall things are doing really well here in Peru - I`ve gained at least 8 - 10 punds since being here in Peru. The food is super delicious but is super fatty and there is not a lot of vegetables. But still super delicious.

Sorry there`s no photos this week - I have lost the charger for my camera but I`m gonna go find a new one in a market today.
