Hola Familia!

This week was awesome! One of the crazy things that happened is that for the first time in like 35 years Peru qualified for the World Cup, they played New Zealand at 9 in the evening and everyone was glued to their TV´s it was seriously crazy, Peru won 2-0 and there was parties going on all through the night. My companion is a super huge futbol fan and he nearly went crazy I think not being able to watch. Arriba Peru!

This week too we visited two investigators who expressed their desire to be baptized! One is Jesus, he is 14 and has been reading the Book of Mormon for the week and a half we have known him - his family came to church yesterday and they really enjoyed it. The other is Anthony, we visited him after church this Sunday and he bore his testimony and I was seriously like wow, it almost appeared like he was the missionary and was teaching us.

My new companion is super hard working, he has been motivating me to find new people to teach. He´s been a member all his life like me but has been out for 20 months so has been showing me a few things about a mission. I´m excited for the work we can do here in San Agustin.

That´s awesome that Aidan and Morgan got married! That makes me happy because marriage is so important. Me being 19 I can´t say I fully comprehend all the ins and outs but I do know that the sealing ordinance of the temple is essential to achieve eternal life.
