Hola Familia!
This week was a crazy one! The members gave a so much food I feel like I have gained a few pounds definitely.
This Sunday also there was a Census in Peru, so we had to stay inside and study for most of the day while we waited for the Census.
This week we met a super awesome guy his name is Pedro. Well actually, he kind of found us - the member we live with has been fixing all the lighting in her house the past couple days and Pedro is the electrician. So we were literally sitting in our beds (the only place that had good lighting to study by) and he was fixing the lights and he asked us if we were missionaries and we were like, yeah. We ended up talking to him for about an hour and it turns out he is Catholic but has read and studied the entire Book of Mormon! There are definitely people being prepared and we got the chance to minister to him one on one.
I know that this work is the work of the Lord. I love the people here in Peru and I´m grateful for this opportunity to serve them. I have definitely felt here the importance of being genuine in service. When we are loving and have a soft heart, we will be able to be an instrument in the Lord´s hands.
We had a visit from a seventy this week - Elder Zivic, one of the things he talked about was changing our paradigm, the way we think. It made me think about where my thoughts are centred and maybe to reconsider and change my thoughts day by day. Yo se que podemos cambiar nuestras pensamientos y nuestras vidas a través la Expiación de Jesucristo.
Love you guys!

| We had an activity this week which was basically a super organized chapel tour with these awesome banners. Me and my companion were in charge of the baptismal font part - so we got to dress up in white! It was awesome! |
